Our Mission
What Makes The It’s Okay App Different?
After seeing how toxic social media can be, we wanted to create a safe place for people to laugh, grieve, to create real connections, and to practice gratitude journaling. Read more about our journey HERE.
This is for entertainment purposes only and is not meant to replace professional therapy. If you are suffering from a mental health condition or a crisis, please seek medical help.
Our Features
It’s Okay
Feel Good Rooms
These thematic rooms are happy rooms and includes one where you can grieve called Good Grief. Another one is called We Care which is a place for caregivers.
I Need Someone
Sometimes it’s easier to chat with a stranger than someone you know. We connect you to someone who is going to listen to your feelings. We will later expand this into more languages to be even more inclusive.
Hey Friend AI
We decided to sunset this feature which was an AI bot if no one was available to listen to you because we wanted to focus on building real connections.
Dear Me
We guide you on practicing gratitude journaling where you can record your bad days and your good days.
